On the ground floor you’ll find the living and dining area in an open layout, creating a bright and welcoming space for everyday life. The kitchen, a guest toilet and the laundry room are also located on this level, making daily routines easy and convenient.
Our new kitchen is equipped with the latest Bosch appliances, including an integrated coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and an American-style fridge freezer with fresh water and ice cubes. The terrace with access to the garden, reachable directly from the living room, is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun.
