About
On the ground floor is the living area and dining area in an open style. Likewise, the kitchen, a toilet and the laundry room are on the ground floor.
Our new kitchen is equipped with the latest Bosch appliances. This includes an integrated coffee machine, oven with integrated microwave, hob with integrated extractor, dishwasher and an American style fridge freezer with fresh water and ice cubes. The terrace with fully fenced garden which is accessible from the living room is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun.
- Fully equipped kitchen & interior. Each and every one of our rentals is fully furnished. No need to worry about towels, coffee beans, or the remote. Everything is already there waiting for you.
- Shuttle transport. Arriving in Germany and don’t know where to go? Talk to us and we’ll arrange transport from the airport right to your doorstep!

Our original Weber Kettle Charcoal Grill completes this wonderful time. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a storage room and a balcony. The third floor was designed as a master area. There is a large bedroom with an office and printer, a wardrobe room and a bathroom with a bathtub. Further advantages are the floor heating on the first floor and electric shutters as well as a garage and private parking spaces.
