On the ground floor the house is built in an open style, so the kitchen, dining room and living room form one generous living area. There is also a bedroom on this level with a place to work, complete with printer and space for your laptop.
In addition, you will find a bathroom with shower and the laundry room on the ground floor. Our new kitchen is equipped with the latest Bosch appliances, including an integrated coffee machine, oven with integrated microwave, hob with integrated extractor, dishwasher and an American-style fridge freezer with fresh water and ice cubes. From the living room you can step out onto the terrace and into the fully fenced garden – a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun.
